Store Policy


  1. Merchandise may be returned for exchange, credit, or cash within 30 days. Returns after 30 days & prior to 60 days may be issued store credit only. NO returns will be accepted after 60 days.
  2. Customized items cannot be accepted for return.


  1. All jewelry repairs wi11 be done on premises unless warranty requires return to manufacturer. Customer will be notified of any exceptions.
  2. Customer wi11 be provided a written claim check with a description of their merchandise for identification purposes.
  3. Price quotes & estimates are provided upon request prior to any work being done.
  4. We are not responsible for items left after 6 months.

Types of Payment

  1. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & cash.
  2. Personal checks with proper ID are also accepted.
  3. 90 days to 1 year interest free charge accounts are a1so available at our store for qualified applicants.


  1. Merchandise may be placed on 1ayaway. The maximum period of time for layaways is 6 months.
  2. Payments must be made once a month. Items wi11 be removed from 1ayaway without notification unless prior arrangements have been made.
  3. NO refunds of deposits after 30 days. CREDIT ONLY will be given.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available and can be purchased in any amount. They can be used toward any purchase including repair or custom work. There is no expiration date and they can be used in partial increments with a carry over balance for future use.
